• Ok, so I was wrong about the menopause...lol had been about 3-4 moinths and all of a sudden Uncle Tom and Auntie Flow showed up with all their baggage about a week ago...

  I do figure that I am definitely tapering off though...been a busy week...a track meet, 3 ballgames and Saturday is the boys concert...

  I forgot, when I was writing about my favorite things, that another of my favorite things are cute snowmen...especially cute ones in snow globes...lol...I have a lot of Christmas decorations with snowmen on them...my boys have always loved snowmen on stuff too and building them...

  My knees are doing better...my mom told me about a product that Paul Harvey hawks that is great for joints... she let me try hers to see what I thought so I could decide whether to buy it or not...it worked great! and was on sale at Meijer when I went to get some... it is called Joint Ritis...regular price was 13.99 and it was on sale for 9.98...I bought a few of them...I get the aches and pains often enough that I figured I better buy extra while on sale...not perfect...I am not healed, but  for several hours after using it, the pain was so much more manageable... funny how after being in constant pain for so many years, we can now distinguish between tolerable pain and intolerable pain...would be so nice to have a completely pain free day... just one here and there... seems like the pain and stiffness moves from one place to another, but mostly my knees feet and heels...I have been having some stiff shoulder action going on too...not fun...
