  Well, it has been over a month since I posted! Just got busy...kids playing baseball...school is out, so I am off for the summer...

  I am in the process of sorting out my house...with being so exhausted and sick so much of the time with this disease, I spent a lot of years just doing ONLY what had to be done, so things have gotten totally out of hand...

  It is easier when you don't feel good to be on here and post articles than get up and do things when I am in so much pain...my left heel has really been bothering mr.,.. don't know if it is the meds change or what,... but it feels as if my heel is bruised or something...then when I limp on hte left heel, it put extra stress on my right knee, so I am limping all over...but not having to go to work has helped, because I am not on my feet as much...

  I worked at the church office yesterday...I had never done that before... all of the staff was on a trip for a seminar on music for the church...I was only there for the afternoon...since I have never done it before, I was mainly there to answer the phones...there was a list of things that we could work on if we wanted, but everything on the list was already done...so I read some, played solitaire & freecell on the puter, and answer a very few phone calls, got the mail, talked to the principal about next years latchkey program (my job )...only a couple people came to the office, so all in all, it was a very slow day...

  I am feeling better as far as tiredness and energy than I have in years...just wish all the aches and pains would go away...my weight is slowly (oh so slowly ) going down...but at least after years of being thrilled if I didn't gain, I have to be thrilled... <<<ok...pleased...lol

  Well, I have a program that I am downloading, so I need to close a lot of windows...so i will catch you all on the trip back through...lol
